Multi Activity Sports Day Hens
Don’t just settle for one activity, why not combine some of our favourites with the Multi Activity Sports Day! If you’re looking for some Hen Party Sports Weekend Activities then this is the one for you. Choose two or three activities from the list below to create your own competitive event.

SPORTS ACTIVITIES
Bubble MayHEN – Football Zorbing is really popular with the hen’s however we have come up with a modern twist in BUBBLE MayHEN that is proving as popular with the hens as Zorb Football is with the stags. Bubble MayHEN is less football and more games.
Archery MayHEN – Let your hair down and the arrows fly with Archery MayHEN. Similar to dodgeball but uniquely different, experience a one of a kind action-packed event that is like no other. Have a hen do to remember by bringing out your competitive side and aim to be the last one standing!
Goggle Football – Goggle Football “Train like a pro, look like an amateur”. This is a great activity, the principle is the same as Five A Side Football but you will be wearing a pair of Visual Impairment Goggles that distort your vision.
Disco Dodgeball – Everyone enjoyed playing Dodgeball as a kid, and enjoyed the Discos even more… well now you can do both with Disco Dodgeball! The mixture of Dodgeball, to some classic hits is fun for everyone. Make sure you’re not the first one out in this game that will make you work up a sweat, while you boogie on down.
Turbo 10 Cricket – Turbo10 Cricket is a new form of cricket aimed at those groups looking at playing a short format of the English Classic. The game is fast paced and fun, which is perfect for that group looking for an event full of big hits and near misses as each team aims to become Turbo10 champions!
Old School Sports Day – Enjoy a day reliving your childhood memories with this fabulous Old School Sports Day event. On your marks, get set, go! Once split into houses you will get to take part in a range of nostalgic games including Egg and Spoon, Sack Race, Three Legged Race and Space Hoppers.
Football Dartboard – A combination of the beautiful game and a British pub classic, Foot Darts is a must try activity. If you fancy yourself as a bit of a Messi or Aguero this is the perfect opportunity to test your accuracy and precision. See if you can hit the ‘ballseye’!
Olympic Shames – Consider it a cheeky version of a school sports day with new innuendo games that you definitely wouldn’t have played as a child! Split your group into teams and prepare yourselves for a lot of laughter because the aim of the game is to look as silly as possible!
Quidditch – If you are one of the millions of Potter fans then Quidditch is a must try activity! Whether you’re a beater, keeper or a seeker, you can fight it out to win the title of Best Quidditch Player!
Glow Sports – UV lights and fluorescent bibs allow you to dance, dodge and play sport whilst lighting up the room. Sports include Dodgeball, Netball, Volleyball and Football. Bring along your own glow in the dark clothing, we encourage all things Neon to glow even brighter!

Lip Sync Battle
If a typical dance class isn’t for you then try a Lip Sync Battle! It’s like a dance classes older sister with a lot more attitude. Take to the stage and battle it out with your friends to see who will win the Lip Sync Battle Champion title!
LIP SYNC BATTLE
Inspired by the popular American TV show the Lip Sync Battle is something all groups can enjoy and participate in. The concept is simple. Split into teams, pick 2 popular songs, learn the words and routine and then battle it out! There will be an experienced instructor who will teach you firstly the lyrics and a pre-prepared dance routine. After splitting into teams you can practise your chosen songs until you’ve got it nailed. The battle will then commence! Each group will take it in turns to perform your songs with toy microphones and your teacher will then choose the winning team. Don’t forget to pull out some of your own dance moves for extra points!

Pole Dancing
ON THE DAY
Pole Dancing is a great activity to try something new and have fun while keeping fit. Everyone’s had a go on a pole on a night out so now’s your chance to learn some real pole moves so you can show off your new talent!
THE FORMAT
On arrival at your event you will be greeted by a trained Pole Dancer. After breaking the ice and getting your heels on (if you want to get into character!) your pole dancing will begin
You will have a two hour session broken down into a warm-up, pole moves and a cool down. Your pole instructor will teach you a variety of floor dance moves and pole tricks that will help build your upper body strength and confidence! Why not have a giggle dancing around or with the pole and release your inner pole dancer. The class can be as relaxed or as strenuous as you desire as the teacher will tailor your pole tricks to your abilities.

Body Painting
The body is your canvas with a Body Painting session. Let your creative juices flow and create a human masterpiece!
Your body painting session will last for 60 minutes. There will be a friendly willing model who will be happy to your canvas throughout the session! All paints, brushes and sponges are provided so you can let your imagination go wild. Create your own designs and try to fill every inch of skin! At the end of your session you can take a photo with your masterpiece. Body Painting is a fun and creative activity for groups looking to do something completely different!
