Qwidditch

If you are one of the millions of Potter fans then Quidditch is a must try activity! Whether you’re a beater, keeper or a seeker, you can fight it out to win the title of Best Quidditch Player! With our Quidditch event we provide broomsticks for up to 14 players, Quidditch hoops and balls, team bibs plus the all important Golden Snitch Suit.

We start off by separating you into you teams. Each player will have a broomstick which is essential for you to ‘fly’* around the pitch! The aim of the game is to score as many points as possible by getting the Quaffle through the hoop! It will be the job of the Chasers and Keepers to stop the opposing team from scoring by using their Bludgers.

One person is nominated as the Golden Snitch before the game starts. Whoever is nominated will play as a usual player on a team so that they experience the game. Usually 10-15 minutes before the end of the game we would take a short break (as it’s quite active!) and it’s at this point that we take the Golden Snitch away to get dressed in the special Golden Snitch jumpsuit/onesie. Play recommences when we release the Golden Snitch and whoever ‘captures’ them earns bonus points for their team.
