Set the date
These things need to be planned well in advance, so make sure you have enough time to get everything sorted. Get everyone to agree on dates and double check before booking, we don’t want anyone missing out. Checking availability and planning in advance will allow everyone to budget and save for the getaway, as well as getting time off work. We would recommend starting to plan at least 6 months in advance to ensure a stress-free holiday.
Think about your budget
Make sure you are organising a hen holiday that everyone can afford, you don’t want people feeling left out because they can’t afford to go first class to a private island where you dine with the stars. You can be realistic about money and still have fun. Write a list of what the most important things are that you would like to do and work around that, make sure you get a budget with the girls and include them in your planning. This could also be a great bonding experience, have everyone round for tea and cake and make a plan. You never know, some of the girls may have amazing ideas of what you could do with the budget you have.
Travel to and from
Try to travel together, arrange a meeting point, and go from there. Make sure to think about the transport to and from the airport as well as the actual flights, you could think about booking a private transfer, for a large group this would probably be the best way to travel and is convenient for everyone.
Accommodation
Double check where the accommodation is situated, is it near any shops, clubs? Is it easily accessible? Think forward to getting back from any nights out that you have planned.
Do your research! Look at reviews and make sure the place you want to stay has a high average score. Also double check you will have enough space for all the girls to be comfortable and have fun. Check all small print and preferably go with somewhere that will offer a full refund should anything go wrong.
Itinerary
Make a rough plan, you want to stick to some sort of itinerary, but also leave some gaps for taking in the sights and any last minute activities that may occur. You may see something when you are out there that catches your eye and want to make sure that you would have the time for it. Try to stay away from early morning activities, remember you may still be hanging a little from the night before.

Shopping!!
Of course, you must go shopping! Grab the girls and head out on a shopping trip, hit the mall, and buy yourselves some ‘fire’ outfits, swimsuits, or anything that is going to make you feel like the boss babes that you are on holiday.
