ON THE DAY

Have you ever wondered how those performers at Cirque Du Soleil learnt their trade? Well now you can learn yourself! It’s always hard to find something different for your own or your friends hen do that is suitable for everyone. HulaHEN is a great way to learn something new, have a giggle and keep fit while having fun.

THE FORMAT

On arrival at your event you will be greeted by a trained, professional Hula-Hoop Instructor. Our professionals will have all the knowledge to train you up as a hula-hoop star! Each person will have a luminous headband and bib to wear and the hula-hooping will begin. Alongside a variety of music, you will learn various routines with your hula-hoop including special moves that even you might be surprised you can achieve! When you’ve got your routine down to a T you will play various games with the hoops to round your event off. At the end of the event the Hen will receive a complimentary bottle of bubbly and the option to purchase her hula hoop so she can perform the routine on her wedding day (or night!)
