Activity Overview
One of our popular team building activities has been given a festive twist with the Festive Four Quarters Team Challenge! This is an indoor christmas team building activity designed to test your teams skills in four challenge zones. With creative and logical tasks, this is a great inclusive event to get everyone in the festive spirit!
With the Festive Four Quarters Team Challenge, teams can get their christmas jumpers on and participate in a non-competitive team building session and get creative.

What Happens On The Day
With the Festive Four Quarters Team Challenge, teams rotate round four festive challenge task zones. Teams will have 30 minutes at each station to get their creative juices flowing. Communication is key as team participants will need to strategize, assign roles and delegate to create the best outcome at the end of their allotted time.
FOUR QUARTERS CHALLENGES
- Don’t Sleigh The Egg – With materials ‘purchased’ from the materials shop, teams must create their very own sleigh that can prevent their egg from breaking when dropped from a height! You only get one chance to protect your egg!
- Present Your Art – With a giant canvas and acrylic paints, teams must add their own section to contribute to one final festive design. A great opportunity to have a company keepsake!
- Christmas Chorus – Using tablets, teams must recreate a Christmas music video. This years festive choice will be Wizzards ‘I Wish It Could Be Christmas Every Day’! (fancy dress will be provided!). In the days after the event, we will send an edited video of your teams efforts
- Santas Workshop – A chance to be let loose with Lego! With free reign, teams must construct something using Lego. Whether it be a company logo or a festive Lego masterpiece, it’s a chance to let your creativity run wild.
The finale of the event will see everyone come together to view their completed projects and watch their eggs drop!
