Welcome to Beat The Box! Your guests will be under pressure against the clock in a series of nerve wracking challenges. Can you hold your nerve or will you crumble under the pressure??

Take on the Beat The Box game arena as you race against time to complete challenges which sound simple in theory but become challenging under timed conditions.

What Happens On The Day

On the day, challenges will be laid out for teams to rotate round and practice on in preperation for the game arena. Your team will go head to head in a series of challenges designed to test their nerves, determination and skill. Lights and music will set the scene and a host will create a tense atmosphere to ramp up the pressure!

Teams will earn points which will all contribute to a big finale. This is a team building experience like no other and will test the attributes of all team members and leave them talking about Beat The Box for weeks afterwards!

We hired RCE for a major student welcome event held by our department within the University of Birmingham (their “Crystal Challenge” event). Not only did the team adjust to the English language levels of our students and remained conscious of this throughout (our department specialises in helping with and preparing non-native English-learning students for UK higher education), but they were fun, witty, and passionate about what they do! The communication from their team was top notice and they were able to adjust when there were issues with numbers due to student arrival dates. As for the event itself, the reviews from both staff and students were phenomenal! We all had an absolutely AWESOME time! Thank you so much for making the first major event for our students a blast and for helping them to form friendships that are still going strong to this day! A great experience using Red Cactus events for our staff meeting. Emily is brilliant and orgnaised a perfect day for our team. From the first contact, to getting the booking in place- it was very easy and Emily was always contactable for questions.
We hosted a meeting in the morning and then a sports day theme in the afternoon, whcih was outsourced to an activity company. The set up worked really well, great venue, great organisation and perfect planning! Our team all loved it and thank you again Emily!
