Are you and your mates thinking about going abroad for a Stag Do this year but unsure of where to go? Well, look no Further! We have compiled a list of our top 10 abroad Stag locations in 2023.

1. Amsterdam

Amsterdam

Amsterdam is the go-to place for many stags. It’s the king of cities for freedom and liberation – having a modern and progressive outlook on sex and drugs. Stags frequently venture to Amsterdam hoping to enjoy their ‘last night of freedom’.

Rembrandtplein and Leidseplein are the main nightlife areas in Amsterdam. Nightlife in these areas usually doesn’t end until the early hours of the morning. Which is brilliant if you’re still recovering from the Brown Cafes from earlier in the day.

If the Brown Cafes are on your list of experiences to have in Amsterdam, then I would recommend an easy-going activity in the day such as Glow Golf (glow in the dark golf) or a Canal Boat Bar Cruise where you can relax and enjoy the scenery. Oh, and don’t forget about the Red-Light District. This one can speak for itself in what you can experience there.

2. Benidorm

Benidorm

Benidorm is well known for the TV series ‘Benidorm’ which represents the Sun, beaches, hotels, and the magic of summer! Cheap drinks are well-known, averaging about 3 for a pint with happy hours lasting for days. So why spend your stag anywhere else?

Benidorm has also revamped itself over the years with activities ranging from Waterparks to Paintballing to Party Buses, making it the newly loved stag destination. But don’t worry, there are things you can do while hungover if you bring sunglasses.

3. Berlin

Berlin

Berlin is one of the most well-known destinations in Europe, known for its great beer culture, incredible clubs, and the best bars. Why go anywhere else?

Be taken around in a Beer Carriage or visit the World’s longest Beer Garden…yes you read that right. From the 3rd to the 5th of August head over to the 2.2 Kilometer stretch that runs along Karl-Marz-Allee to drink from 340 Beer stalls.

Immerse yourself in the culture by taking part in some Mud Wrestling and Water Skiing. And don’t forget to visit Checkpoint Charlie; you will be the envy of everyone back home!

4. Budapest

Budapest

The Hungarian capital will seduce you with its stunning architecture, and underground caves and is known for being the Spa Capital of the World. Enjoy Thermal Spa Days and Wine Tasting. If you’re more of the party animal and thrill-seeking kind of person, then don’t worry, there is still lots to do. Anywhere from Strip BarsCasinosJelly WrestlingClay Pigeon Shooting, and the list goes on!

5. Dublin

Dublin

Immerse yourself in pub culture by visiting the city where Guinness is made. Offering a Tipsy Experience while you visit the Guinness Storehouse, you can learn how to pour (and drink) the perfect pint and learn why Guinness is so dark. Be sure to head up to the rooftop Gravity Bar to enjoy a stunning view of the city as well as a complimentary pint. Afterwards you could always opt for a bit of Bubble Football; a laugh but also a great opportunity to be protected by a bubble when staggering. Or take it a step further and endure some friendly competition.

6. Hamburg

Hamburg

If you want to visit a place with great culture, architecture, and alcohol then you have come to the right place. For those mates who drink whatever they like and never get a hangover… take them to the Absinthe Bar. Most say that Absinthe is the Devil’s spirit due to its potency and its reputation for hallucinogenic effects. So, if you have never tried it then here would be the best place to lose your Absinthe virginity.

Don’t worry if that’s not for you as the average Pint goes for €2.50 (£2.21). With these bargain prices, you are bound to be a little worse for wear the following day, so we recommend having some lighter experiences for the next day such as a quiet Spa Day or light UV Mini Golf to fully recover before heading back out again.

7. Ibiza

Ibiza

Get ready for the party of your life in Ibiza. Known for its nightlife, celebrity appearances, gorgeous girls, and guaranteed fun. This Party Island is the place for a stag weekend, with parties going on at any time of the day.

Enjoy Off-Shore Sports, incredible Beaches, the most beautiful views, sunsets, and of course the vast range of activities that we know you will love! For example, enjoy Lazer CombatGo KartingSnorkeling in the day, and Lap Dances in the evening. Ibiza speaks for itself when organizing a stag do!

8. Krakow

Krakow

If your favorite tipple is Vodka then we recommend visiting Krakow, with its many Vodka tasting sessions. It is very easy to get around with plenty of Taxis on hand, or you can walk (or stumble depending on how many Vodka tasting sessions you have been on) as the layout is very easy to navigate as everything is connected.

There’s so much to do from Steak and Strip to Laser Tag. It’s every lad’s dream! Not only is it one of the most famous places for Vodka, but in the Old Town, there are more than 400 clubs, pubs, and bars. The value for money is great and Polish cuisine is a delight.

9. Prague

Prague

Prague is a great place for all to visit on a night out and especially for stags! With pints averaging £1.20 you can enjoy your alcohol-induced mischief-making. Prague is famous for well-preserved castles, Baroque and Gothic cathedrals, medieval squares, dreamy bridges, nightlife spots, and lively arts scenes. It’s well-known for its centuries of history and cultural heritage, where the medieval heart of Europe can be felt in its cobblestone streets.

They have many stag activities such as River CruisesPistol Shooting, and Tank Driving. Not only that but the largest club in Central Europe is in Prague! Why would you not want to go and visit that?

10. Riga

Riga

Finally, Riga, otherwise known as ‘Baltic Berlin’. Home to gorgeous women, cheap booze, and fantastic nightlife with some seriously cool bars and clubs. Known as one of the largest food markets in Europe, this will come in handy when in need of food either before or after a session! Strip Dinners are the norm here and home to some great Olympic Bob-Sleighing Classes.
